InTouchNow.ai was created to solve one problem: patient access at scale without compromising safety or staff wellbeing.

We began by running human-led call centres for primary care, supporting over 1,000,000 patient calls and working closely with clinicians and practice managers to fit real NHS workflows. As demand grew, it became clear that scaling access sustainably would require more than people alone.

In 2022, we launched our healthcare-first, regulation-first, NHS-native voice AI. Designed specifically for primary care, it answers calls, captures intent, and supports triage through natural conversation.

Today, we combine frontline experience with intelligent automation to make access fairer, faster, and more scalable for patients and practices alike.
